Kuennen's Quarry is located about 2 miles south of Northwood on Highway 65, then east on 450th Street.

Worth County Lake is located 4 miles south of Northwood on Hwy 65, then east on 430th Street.

• There is a $70 fee for Kuennen's shelter (the rest are $10 for a reservation)
• Camping is $10 per campsite 
• Canoes are $12 per day
